Our way of printing – At SafeSign we have several machines to print our products. This way, we can choose the option that is the best suitable for your project’s requirements. This to guarantee the best quality and fastest delivery at a competitive pricepoint. We split our different ways of printing in three categories; silkscreen printing, flatbed printing and plotter printing. When you require a large quantity of signage, we will use our silkscreen printing facilities. In order to do this, we make the films to place on the silkscreens. After that, we create the right color mixtures. When these processes are finished, we can start the printing procedure. This way we can print more than 2.000 signs in a few hours. Because the process of silkscreen printing requires a lot of preparation work and is a time consuming process, it is only suitable for large quantities. When using the silkscreen printer, you have the option of choosing between three different materials; PETX, a custom-made PET. We as SafeSign are the only ones in the world using this material. We can also use HPVC and Aluminium material.
For smaller quantities of signage, posters or custom prints we will use one of our two high-quality flatbed UV printers. Because these printers can print all of the colors in one movement, it is much faster compared to the silkscreen printer and therefore more suitable for smaller, custom orders. Highly detailed prints are possible. You can send us your custom designs, posters, signs or anything else. We can convert these files so that we can print them using our machinery. All in very high quality and fast delivery. When using the flatbed printer, you have the option of choosing between three different materials; PETX, a custom-made PET. We as SafeSign are the only ones in the world using this material. We can also use HPVC material.
If you require custom stickers and / or posters on vinyl material, we can use our Cutting Plotter machine. This way we can print and / or cut our custom parts of the printing job.
